Marauder Remus Lupin- Moony

Moony. The werewolf. Most studious of the Marauder's. Did not take part in bullying. True Gryffindor. Harry's favorite DADA teacher. Husband of Nymphadora. Loyal friend. Prefect. Member of the first order of the Phoenix. Hero. Fighter.

Yes, Remus Lupin was all those things. He was a good person and the only Marauder who saw it unfit to bully Snape. He was probably the most well behaved- and the kindest. Quiet and a good student, troublemaking was not his nature like it was James’. Remus was also the most mature of his friends in his Hogwarts years. Even into his adulthood he remained the most civil. Evidence of this is when he become the DADA professor and treats Snape with utter respect despite the latter’s conspicuous bitterness towards him. He also defends Snape in HBP when Harry says he doesn’t trust Snape. In fact, he tells Harry: “You are blinded by hatred!” This proves his fair judgment when it comes to people and his reluctance to hold grudges.

All his life Remus has had to face the prejudiced opinions of others due to his condition. Because of it, it is difficult for him to find a job and not all people treat him with the kindness and respect he undoubtedly deserves. Even so, Remus remains a kind hearted person and bears no ill will to anyone- even those who go against him. In fact, despite everything he’s been through, he seems to have a positive outlook on life.

Anyways, I think I have said enough and maybe even put some of you to sleep, but I couldn’t help raving over
